Ambassadors earn commission on sales, exclusive discounts, early access to new launches, and opportunities for free products, features, and collaborations.
As ambassadors grow their engagement and sales, they unlock higher tiers with increased discounts, higher commission rates, and priority access to campaigns and product drops. This program is performance-based, meaning the more you show up and share, the more you earn.

Who can apply to be a Mack & Co. Brand Ambassador?
We welcome pet lovers who actively create and share content on social media, align with our brand values, and are excited to promote Mack & Co. in an authentic way. Applicants must be 18+ (or have parental consent) and own a pet.
Is this a paid program?
Yes. Ambassadors earn commission on sales made using their unique code or link. Higher-performing ambassadors unlock increased commission rates, exclusive discounts, and additional perks through our tiered program.
How does the tiered ambassador system work?
All ambassadors begin at the Standard Tier. As you consistently post, engage, and generate sales, you can be promoted to Silver or Gold tiers, which offer higher discounts, higher commissions, and priority access to product launches and collaborations.
What are the posting requirements?
Posting requirements vary by tier, but all ambassadors are expected to share Mack & Co. content monthly and participate in new product launches. Ambassadors who do not meet minimum posting requirements may be placed on probation, demoted, or removed from the program.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via ACH once a $25 minimum payout threshold is met. Sales must be legitimate and tied to your unique ambassador code.
Can I use my ambassador code for personal purchases?
Yes! Ambassadors receive a personal discount for shopping Mack & Co. However, self-purchases do not earn commission.
